Cacao Ancestral Flakes 1kg

Cacao flakes are shavings from the cacao block. It is the same ancestral cacao but easier to serve. Ancestral cacao is stone ground ceremonial cacao to make it finer so it dissolves better. We then leave the extra fat ooze out of the paste. This removes about 5% of the fat. The result is a stronger effect in ceremonies and it is lighter to the belly.
